POSITION: Sales Executive

Job Summary: 

CFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is looking to employ an energetic person who will oversee sales, uphold outstanding customer relationships, and provide a top-tier brand experience to current and potential clients. Alongside executing and overseeing all initiatives that will enhance sales while upholding outstanding service standards and embodying the brand’s mission, vision, and values.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will be accountable for the following duties.

  • Actively seek out and chase new business prospects for Mercedes-Benz cars in Ghana.
  • Build and sustain robust connections with personal and corporate clients, along with embassies, to guarantee ongoing business and recommendations.
  • Offer customized consultations to individual clients, embassies, and corporate clients by assessing their mobility requirements and suggesting suitable Mercedes-Benz solutions.
  • Direct negotiations and finalize significant vehicle sales while maintaining consistency with company pricing strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Aftersales team to provide a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
  • Keep informed about new models, features, and market trends to improve client service and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives set by management.
  • Compile and deliver regular sales reports and client feedback to management for informed strategic choices.
  • Attend pertinent industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings on behalf of CFAO Mobility to advocate for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Always uphold confidentiality and guarantee that customers are treated professionally.
  • Carry out the tasks assigned while strictly following the company’s compliance regulations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the organization.
