- Responsible for adhering to all safety and project requirements, including wearing required personal protective equipment.

Key responsibilities:
- Gather and organize information on specific areas of the program, such as procedures, needs, and policies.
- Respond to basic client questions about program policies and processes.
- Create, organize, and maintain current and historical program-related files.
- Collect data to aid in the development of program reports, applications, budget allocations, and/or the procurement of consultative services.
- Maintain, organize, and track program assets.
- Plan, create, and disseminate all program-related training materials.
3. Pipeline Construction Technician
Responsibilities
- Receives and executes directives from the supervisor. Monitor, assist, lead, and manage construction and maintenance inspections and projects in accordance with Holly Energy’s construction criteria, assuring high-quality installation and repair under direct supervision.
- Ensures compliance with HEP’s safety rules, standards, and environmental norms. Follow safety rules and regulations to build a positive safety culture and environmental awareness for safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance concerns.
- Assists in determining appropriate pipeline routes
- Assists in arranging and prioritizing construction and maintenance projects for timely completion and minimal disruptions to operations. Monitors project costs in area of responsibility.
- Project timetables and budgets, as well as maintenance and construction projects, are coordinated and planned with operations groups and contractors.
- Assist inspectors and contractors with the timely completion and commissioning of projects.
- Maintains accurate construction records and files according to compliance requirements.
- Submits periodic paperwork on time to the relevant person/department (signed contractor bills and daily work sheets, near misses, safety points, updated progress reports).
Work Visa Types in the Netherlands
There are numerous main work permits in the Netherlands, including:
- GVVA or single permit: Individuals intending to work in the Netherlands should apply for the GVVA, or single permit, which combines the tewerkstellingsvergunning, or TWV, work permit and residence permission. Requirements for Obtaining a Work Visa in the Netherlands
The criteria for a working visa in the Netherlands vary depending on the type of visa required and the place of origin. They will, in general, require a work permit, a residency permit, or the GVVA option. All applications must be submitted in English, Dutch, German, or French to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND). Because the process is frequently complicated and confusing, it is best to work with a professional who has local knowledge of submitting work visas.
Other prerequisites include:

Your staff members are required to schedule an appointment with the city office of their new neighborhood within five business days of their arrival in the Netherlands. They will be provided with a Dutch citizen service number by the office. If you don’t provide them with this number, they will be living and working illegally in the country, which could have a bad influence on your business.
