NB: Payment validations are based on CPTP data. ONLY THOSE ON CPTP ARE REGARDED AS TRAINEES.
1 . Monitoring data maybe uploaded for modules for which monitoring has ended and those not captured may not be available for validation..
2 . All trainees on HEAL GHANA had their stipends withheld until their status are verified and validated against The Ghana Health Service (GHS), Controller/SSNIT and NMC. Those found to be permanently employed or NOT Qualified and still on the scheme will be made to refund all stipends ever received from NABCO.
Further circulars and directives have been sent to RCs on the next steps for those in this category. Please pay attention and complete that process for payment of those previously validated and those to be validated in this month to have their payments processed.
3 . FINAL NOTICE: The next batch of trainees who would have their payment process suspended until a complete verification with GES/GRA/Controller, SSNIT and other MIPs are those on Educate Ghana, Revenue Ghana, Civic Ghana and Feed Ghana. Kindly inform these trainees and warn those not supposed to be here to stay away and you must not validate them.
4 . Also take note and let all trainees in your districts know and also be informed that our investigations at controller and SSNIT is ongoing and some interesting revelations are being made.
All those permanently employed both in public and private institutions must decline on their portals immediately or else when our investigations are finalized and they are still on this scheme, they take full responsibility and the consequences thereafter.
