A reputable Real Estate Company seeks the services of experienced and goal-oriented individuals for the following positions:

Bookkeeping Officer (Stores)

• Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders/requisitions.
• Ensure receipt and proper filing of all approved requisitions for items issued for use on project.
• Ensure accurate data entry of materials into the inventory system by updating records of receipts, issues and returns on tally cards and the ERP system.
• Ensure the tally cards and ERP stock balances are always up to date.
• Do a random stock count for selected items from time to time to ensure physical stock balances reflect Tallys cards and ERP system balances.
• Support the site store keepers by ensuring inventory are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
• Manage database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
• Generating weekly reports to verify inventory levels, outstanding stocks to be issued over a specified duration and inventory limits.

2 . Lettings Officer

• Play a key role in the Lettings team by marketing properties, securing tenants, carrying out viewings, negotiating contract terms, liaising with landlords regarding rent and commission, building a network of agents and corporate clients, performing administrative tasks, and other tasks as required.
• Update and maintain the required processing and reporting systems and providing both regular and ad hoc reports on lettings progress to the management team.
• Provide consistency of office cover within the Marketing and Sales teams and carry out any
