Mining Engineer Job at Nanita Company Limited
Job Description
- Firstly, Provide support to and manage mining operations
- Secondly, Create estimates for mining projects, design mines, and assist with mining equipment selection.
- Thirdly, Evaluate ongoing mining operations.
- Then, Follow safety regulations set forth by the company
- Also, Monitor and evaluate mining operations.
- Moreover, Manage construction projects
- Additionally, Assess the feasibility, safety and productivity of mine locations and plan
- Last but not least, Manage and optimise the extraction of surface and underground deposits.
- Finally, Train and supervise staff
Qualification
- A minimum degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, geology, minerals engineering or related field. Masters will be an advantage.
- At least four years’ Relevant practical work experience in the mining industry is essential
- Mechanical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- Good computer skills
- Excellent math skills
- Good management skills
