• Ensure that project transactions are reviewed and correctly entered into SAP on timely basis
• Provides quarterly, year-end and other grants financial reports and analyses as per required instructions for management decisions making
• Ensure proper filing ( electronic and hard copy ) of grants financial reports

The role of the Communication and Media Coordinator is critical to ensure the visibility of the actions and impact of Plan International Ghana’s work, the role will also support behavior change and community engagement actions.  

Under the direct supervision of the supply Chain Manager, Plan International, supply chain specialist function is to support the thematic Program teams by coordinating to ensure that procurement of goods and services are done in line with Donor and Plan’s policies and procedures (Operational Manual, procurement guidelines, donor agreements) and

• To provide Human Resources support to Plan International Staff in achieving the organization’s Strategy through excellent people management practices.
