POSITION: Business Developer
About the Position
The business developer at Lyvv Cosmetics oversees the growth strategy by discovering and acquiring new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and enhancing market presence. Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Create and execute strategic sales and business development approaches to recognize and chase new sources of revenue.
- Market evaluation: Perform a comprehensive market investigation to discern upcoming trends, recognize rivals, and uncover new prospects.
- Sales and income generation: Foster new customer growth, oversee sales funnels, and strive to meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Relationship management: Establish and nurture robust connections with vital clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborations: Recognize and form new strategic collaborations with vendors, retailers, or different brands.
- Lead generation and conversion: Address incoming leads, adopt a “hunter” strategy to identify fresh opportunities, and turn prospects into new clients.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (such as marketing, R&D, account management) to guarantee customer satisfaction and the success of business units, while networking and creating leads.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or a similar area, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care sectors.
- Market insight: Profound comprehension of the beauty sector, encompassing its market forces and major participants.
- Communication and negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Relationship cultivation: Proven skill in establishing and sustaining enduring connections with various stakeholders.
