The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive comprehensive business performance. This executive role demands a leader capable of expanding digital revenue, ensuring operational excellence, and steering technological innovation. You will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and financial health of our operations in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

You will hold ultimate accountability for the company’s success. Your core duties will include:

First, you will develop and execute strategies to expand digital revenue streams and lead go-to-market plans for new services.
You will ensure operational excellence and maximize service uptime across all digital infrastructure.
A primary responsibility involves leading financial performance, driving profitability, and implementing cost-efficiency measures.
Furthermore, you will oversee all digital infrastructure, championing technology innovation and system scalability.
You will also uphold the highest governance, risk, and compliance standards, ensuring full regulatory adherence.
Additionally, you will develop organizational talent and strengthen the overall capability of the team.
Finally, you will represent the company with key stakeholders, fostering partnerships and enhancing market position.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a robust blend of education and hands-on leadership:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Strategy, Data Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
A Master’s degree, such as an MBA in Technology Management or Digital Transformation, is required.
A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in digital technology, ISP, or IT infrastructure management.
At least five years of this experience must be in a senior management or executive leadership role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale IT or ISP operations and a demonstrable track record of achieving business targets.
