About the position
The Sales Coordinator is a crucial position in our sales team, essential for securing a significant number of restaurants and stores for the Bolt Food platform. The position emphasizes clients who have shown interest in joining, while also involving outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that align well with the platform, making this entry-level sales role perfect for newcomers in sales.
Daily tasks include managing a high volume of leads, assessing clients who have already registered, and re-engaging prospects who require additional motivation to activate their listing. You will also aid the larger sales team by helping with administrative duties and efforts to achieve overall results. This position involves selling over the phone. Success in this position requires attention to detail and the ability to confidently follow up and engage clients to inspire them about joining Bolt Food.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Evaluate, remove duplicates, and rank new leads according to designated criteria to enhance the sales process.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with teams such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and colleagues throughout the Baltics.
- Phone Sales: Manage the entire sales process for incoming leads and execute strategic outbound communication to SMB prospects by making initial contact, presenting persuasive sales presentations, and finalizing agreements with contract signings
- Joint Business Planning: Will engage in Joint business planning alongside customers and assess customer forecasts.
- Assess the performance by Channel by Customer: Evaluate the performance by Channel by Customer against plans as an essential aspect of performance management.
- Distribution enhancement strategies: oversee advancements in distribution as a crucial component of EWA’s approach.
About You:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is crucial.
- Self-assured, assertive, and excel in discussions. Unhesitant to engage with others, pose inquiries, and advance conversations. Excellent communication abilities and an innate talent for relating to people are essential.
- Well-organized, dependable, and take satisfaction in perfecting the details. Can handle several tasks simultaneously without allowing anything to fall through the cracks, making sure nothing is overlooked and everything operates seamlessly.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not mandatory, for this position.
