POSITION: Senior Operations Manager
About the Position
Your position will directly influence local operations, allowing you to observe the effects immediately. You will head the local operations team and collaborate closely with various cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to further our goal of creating cities that are more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
Primary Duties and Obligations:
- Creating tactics to enhance the driver’s value proposition, to consistently expand our supply base, performance, and retention.
- Overseeing and aiding the operations team by establishing clear local operational procedures, emphasizing robust operational execution and outcomes, while consistently considering our stakeholders.
- Practical supply management – operating independently and taking initiative alongside your team to deliver the optimal experience for our driver and fleet partners, assisting them through the process of driver/fleet acquisition, conversion, and activation.
- Evaluating data, you will track supply metrics to maintain marketplace well-being and respond to findings.
- Recognizing patterns, threats, and chances for enhancement in the local area that could affect the business.
- Guiding and working closely with HQ teams like Product, Legal, or Marketing to create and implement essential initiatives that promote growth and efficiency.
About You
- You possess over 6 years of experience.
- You possess experience in leading intricate teams.
- You possess solid leadership abilities and teamwork skills, along with outstanding negotiation and communication capabilities (both spoken and written) in English.
- You possess a robust sense of responsibility, taking a practical approach.
- You possess strong analytical abilities and a data-oriented perspective, demonstrating exceptional numerical proficiency.
- You are at ease with creating analytical and decision-making frameworks to back your strategies and choices.
