POSITION: Project Manager
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly structured and outcome-focused Project Manager to direct, organize, and manage logistics and supply chain projects from start to finish.
- You will oversee the timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance logistics efficiency, cut expenses, and streamline operational processes.
Main Duties:
- Oversee and direct logistics-related initiatives, such as developing new routes, upgrading systems, enhancing processes, expanding fleets, and onboarding clients.
- Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, financial estimates, and resource needs.
- Manage internal teams (operations, fleet, warehouse, customer service, finance) and outside vendors to facilitate seamless execution.
- Monitor project outcomes with KPIs and modify strategies as needed.
- Recognize risks and challenges, create mitigation plans, and deliver prompt updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance supply chain processes and final delivery methods.
- Create and deliver ongoing progress updates and performance dashboards to top management.
- Verify that all project documentation is thorough, correct, and appropriately stored.
- Assist in the deployment of logistics technology solutions (e.g., tracking systems, routing software, inventory management systems).
- Ensure adherence to logistics regulations, company guidelines, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in project management in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
- Extensive understanding of logistics functions, distribution, warehousing, and transport.
- Outstanding skills in leadership, organization, and communication.
- Capacity to handle various projects at the same time while meeting strict deadlines.
- Robust analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
