POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The customer support center seeks to attain collaboration among the other departments within the organization in a fluid way. The environment is a multi-tasking space that demands the utmost level of professionalism and entails ongoing engagement with a large volume of clients both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee adherence at every level within the sphere of authority (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), Ethics, Fraud prevention, etc.), guaranteeing compliance with organizational procedures, policies, and systems. To consistently operate safely by adhering to all HSEQ regulations, including the Golden Rules.
  • Promptly report near misses and utilize a STOP card when needed.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by adhering to order placement and processing timelines.
  • Take into account eco-friendly practices in your duties, like reducing paper consumption.
  • Attain and guarantee the team’s accomplishment of objectives and outcomes designated to the Customer Service department.
  • Foster professional and robust working connections with current and prospective clients.
  • In charge of e-Fuel and e-Lub order platforms.
  • Accountable for handling customer orders regarding all products.
  • Ensure that the prices of items in orders are correct prior to finalizing an order.
  • Tasked with creating proforma invoices according to client requests.
  • Guarantee monthly invoicing for Mines and Marine consignment orders.
  • Tasked with creating credit notes for returned items.
  • Accountable for handling complimentary orders (personal use)
  • Manages incoming and outgoing phone calls and replies to customer emails.
  • Tasked with refreshing user information in ‘Follow My Order’ (FMO)
  • Gives details/responses to clients concerning general and product-related questions.
  • Documents information regarding inquiries, feedback, complaints, and actions taken on SALSA and collaborates with the Grievance Officer to resolve complaints.
  • Overall assistance to the unit.

Applicant Profile

  • HND or degree in Marketing, Administration, Social Science, or a related field with 3 years of professional experience.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and analytical capabilities.
  • Must possess computer skills
