POSITION: Income Auditor
Job Summary
An Income Auditor will review and verify Food and Beverage reports by gathering essential data from Food and Beverage outlets and suggesting enhancements as needed.
What activities will you be engaged in?
As an Income Auditor, you will review and revise income reports by gathering essential information from Food and Beverage venues and suggesting improvements when needed. In particular, you will be tasked with carrying out the following duties to the utmost quality:
- Revise daily Food and Beverage reports, precisely balancing all actions.
- Provide precise audit reports to the Finance Manager.
- Address any questions or absent checks with the Supervisors of the Food and Beverage outlets.
- Contrast food and beverage earnings with reports from the computer system.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage outlet teams to enhance the transaction processes consistently.
- Perform random checks at the Food and Beverage venues and examine as needed.
- Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations and adhere to the appropriate procedures when necessary.

- In this role, it would be beneficial for you to showcase the following skills and qualities:
- Prior experience in Accounts/Finance, ideally within a hotel setting.
- Familiarity with the PeopleSoft platform
