Job Description
ILC Africa is looking for two Junior Fellows to join the organization remotely in a full-time or part-time capacity.
Responsibilities
The Junior Fellows will be responsible for:
- Supporting project implementation, monitoring and outreach activities
- Contributing to the development of proposals, reports and deliverables for submission to donors and clients
- Supporting information management and the organization of project records
- Drafting and disseminating key messages on social media and other online platforms
- Participating in internal and external meetings as needed
Applicant requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Relations, International Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (may be waived if currently pursuing a Post-graduate/Master’s degree)
- Superior writing skills with capabilities/confidence to draft report summaries and proposal/grant sections using compelling language
- Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
