North Hills International School seeks suitable applicants to fill for the following positions:
Job Titles: PE teacher
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Supervising practical PE lessons, including both indoor and outdoor classes
- Secondly, Ensuring that children compete to their ability level and aren’t exposed to unnecessary injury or illness through school sports
- Thirdly, Motivating school children to take up new sports or athletic pursuits
- Moreover, Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school year
- Furthermore, Attending parents’ evenings and providing parents with comprehensive reports on their child’s progress
- Afterwards, Training and coaching school sports teams to compete and succeed in nation-wide events
- Kast but not least, Transporting individual competitors, school teams and other teachers to and from school sporting events
- Finally, Ensuring that students pass their practical and theoretical PE exams
Qualification:
- An outstanding practitioner with at least four years of relevant full-time teaching experience.
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree is desired in the different disciplines.
- Have excellent subject knowledge and experience.
- Successful international experience in teaching is an added advantage.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent leadership and organization skills and ability to motivate.
