POSITION: Sales Officers

Position Summary
In line with our growth strategy, we are hiring two energetic Sales Officers to become part of our team and promote the expansion of our electronic security products and services.
The Sales Officers will focus on marketing and selling CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm systems, fire safety systems, and various security solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional customers. The position demands a self-motivated, goal-oriented person who can effectively communicate with clients, evaluate security requirements, and finalize sales.
Main Duties
- Explore and obtain new business prospects within residential properties, small and medium enterprises, and corporations.
- Visit client locations and create customized proposals.
- Present product demonstrations (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Attain sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Establish and nurture solid client connections for ongoing business.
- Work alongside the technical and monitoring teams to guarantee seamless delivery.
- Deliver market insights to management regarding client trends and competitor movements.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related area.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience is required, ideally in electronic security, IT, telecom, or technical products.
- Fundamental technical knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and networking (training offered).
- Outstanding verbal and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and be capable of operating a manual transmission vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities accompanied by a reliable and professional presence.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
