Roles & Responsibilities Required
- Recognize and cultivate fresh business prospects to boost sales.
- Establish and uphold robust connections with clients to guarantee elevated satisfaction levels.
- Perform market analysis to discover consumer demands and sector developments.
- Sell and promote cars by comprehending customer needs and suggesting appropriate models.
- Perform product showcases and test drives for prospective clients.
- Create and deliver sales proposals and estimates
- Remain informed about advancements in the industry, actions taken by competitors, and new car models.
- Aid customers with financing and insurance alternatives when needed.
- Pursue leads and inquiries to turn them into sales.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline (preferred)
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Capability to operate autonomously and collaborate within a group.
- Solid understanding of the automotive sector and current market developments
- Expertise in CRM applications and Mthe icrosoft Office package
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
