Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed compliance programs
- Perform compliance audits and monitoring
- Handle incident reports and investigations
- Ensure adherence to regulations and manage risks.
- Create and supervise compliance programs

- Ensure adherence to regulations and manage risks.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to gauge risk level, importance, and extent
- Track adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Analyze and convey regulatory changes, making sure your findings are documented and discussed with management
- Assist managers in finding solutions to compliance challenges
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance, or a relevant certification
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in compliance
- Extensive knowledge of compliance frameworks, applicable laws, and risk management principles
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
