POSITION: Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Regal Crest Travel & Tour operates a distinguished dining establishment at the scenic Laboma Beach in La, offering guests a unique culinary experience paired with stunning views. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations and elevate our service standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Accra Region. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the complete management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient team performance, and profitable operations. You will lead by example, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining strict compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and uphold stringent food safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget management.
Your Profile and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in restaurant management or a senior supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong expertise in customer service and a demonstrated ability to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Proven skills in team hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. We are looking for a proactive leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. The ability to start immediately is essential.
Salary: GHS 5,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Laboma Beach, La – Greater Accra Region
