POSITION: Night Auditor
POSITION OVERVIEW
Verify numbers, entries, and paperwork for correctness. Capture, save, retrieve, and/or examine digital financial data. Manage and protect cash and cash equivalents for property in accordance with cash handling procedures and policies. Arrange, safeguard, and uphold all documents and records following the policies and procedures for document retention and confidentiality.
Create, uphold, and disseminate reports and tables related to statistics, finance, accounting, auditing, or payroll. Examine statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll documents and tables. Review and balance all income entries.
Adhere to all workplace safety and security guidelines; notify the manager of any accidents, injuries, or hazardous work environments; stay vigilant regarding any suspicious individuals on the premises. Adhere to all corporate policies and protocols; ensure that your uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; safeguard proprietary information; secure company assets; maintain the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
Greet and recognize all visitors in line with company policies; foresee and meet guests’ service requirements; support persons with disabilities; express sincere gratitude to guests. Communicate with others clearly and professionally; prepare and thoroughly check written documents; answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
Cultivate and uphold constructive working relationships with colleagues; assist the team in achieving shared objectives; pay attention to and address the issues raised by fellow employees. Adhere to quality assurance requirements and benchmarks. Transport, elevate, bear, shove, drag, and set down items weighing 10 pounds or less independently. Carry out additional reasonable tasks as directed by Supervisors.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school certificate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Relevant Work Experience: No pertinent work experience.
- Management Experience: No management experience.
- Certification or License: None
