POSITION: Executive Driver (CEO)

Position Overview

We are looking for an extremely skilled and seasoned Executive Driver to ensure safe, comfortable, and timely transport for the CEO. The perfect applicant should exhibit the highest level of discretion, dependability, and understanding of local paths, along with a firm dedication to confidentiality and superior service quality.

Main Duties

• Securely convey the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, and various business or personal events.
• Always uphold a professional, composed, and polite attitude.
• Make certain the vehicle remains clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times.
• Chart paths to steer clear of congestion and guarantee punctual arrival.
• Manage sensitive information with integrity and caution.
• Complete official tasks, collect or deliver documents, or help with additional responsibilities as requested by the CEO.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and overall care.

Required Skills or Experience

• Current Ghanaian Driver’s License (Category B or above).
• Must have at least 5 years of professional driving experience, ideally with executives or corporate clients, and must be capable of driving a manual vehicle/mini truck.
• Outstanding familiarity with Accra and its neighbouring regions.
• Flawless driving history and compliance with traffic laws.
• A robust sense of professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
• Capability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Tidiness and effective communication abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of car upkeep.
