Position: Finance Manager
Job Summary
- Managing money and giving reports
- Making a budget and keeping track of it
- Managing the performance of a business
Job Responsibilities
- Create a financial plan, policies, systems, and procedures for the department and the company to ensure good financial controls.
- Develop accounting policies and systems for risk management, investment management, funds management, liability, and asset management, and oversee their implementation.
- Prepare and manage the company’s financial plans and coordinate the budgets of each department so that annual goals can be met.
- Manage the bank’s tax matters to make sure that the law is followed and that the bank’s tax liability is as low as possible.
- Create internal financial control systems and watch over their implementation
- Report to both internal and external stakeholders on finances and regulations.
- Provide financial reporting and accounting, including records for making quarterly and annual accounts in line with accounting rules and industry accounting policies.
- Keep the bank’s financial information correct so that business needs can be met.
Specification:
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry
- Good understanding of accounting standards
- Knowledge of how to manage the performance of a business
