Full Job Description

A rapidly growing Perfumery and Grooming Products Company in Ghana is looking to expand their sales team with a Fragrance Sales Associate to work within the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi. We are therefore seeking a motivated, reliable, eager and customer-focused sales associate for this role!

The company originally started in the UK and is rapidly expanding into several markets within the sub-Saharan regions. Their brand of products is inspired by the big designer brand of perfumes and aftershaves which are mostly beyond the reach of ordinary people.

This UK company have worked hard to develop the best copies of luxury designer perfumes and home care products that are a mere fraction of the price of the original designer brand perfumes. Its driving mission is to bring luxury personal & home care products that are inspired by designer brands to the life of everyday people but without the higher designer price tag.

This allows everyone to own their very own high-end products such as perfumes sprays, roll-on oil perfume, reed diffusers, candles, beard oils and car diffusers among others with designer scents but without the exorbitant price of a designer brand’s product.

Key Sales-Focused Responsibilities

  • To begin with, Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the fragrance Products
  • Secondly, Meet and exceed set sales targets
  • Thirdly, Leverage on cross-selling opportunities identified to diversify and optimize the segment’s products and income mix
  • Moreover, Build lasting relationships with customers
  • Additionally, Work closely with the team to plan and execute customer projects effectively
  • Afterwards, Attend relevant trade shows and industry events
  • Besides the above, Up to 30% travel – including customers, trade shows etc

Key Responsibilities for Social Media Management

  • Your primary responsibilities in the social media aspect of the role are to help grow the social media accounts of this company and drive sales through these media. You will primarily be focused on Facebook and Tiktok by working closely with your manager.
  • Create and implement a social media growth strategy
  • Work with your manager to create appropriate content for each social media platform
  • Schedule and manage daily content sharing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of HND in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or another related field
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Fragrance industry experience is advantageous
  • Must be a power user of social media

Compensation: Fixed salary income plus commission
