POSITION: Product and Sales Enablement Specialist
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is a leading automotive dealership dedicated to providing cutting edge vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. The company focuses on innovation, technology, and market leadership in Ghana’s automotive sector. Zonda Tec is now hiring a Product and Sales Enablement Specialist. This role will be based in Tema and reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Product Training and Internal Enablement
You will deliver structured product training sessions to sales teams and internal staff. Your training will ensure deep understanding of vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and competitive positioning. You will also create and maintain training manuals, FAQs, and e learning modules. Assessing knowledge retention through quizzes and role play scenarios falls under your purview.
Central Product Knowledge Resource
You will act as the go to expert across sales, marketing, and after sales departments. You will provide rapid clarification on specifications, trim levels, compatibility, and warranty related product questions. Documenting and sharing best practices for product positioning will round out this responsibility.
Showroom and Display Optimization
You will support showroom vehicle display strategies to maximize customer engagement. You will ensure that key models present themselves with updated feature highlights, placards, and digital screens. Collaborating with the sales team to rotate displays based on promotional calendars is also your responsibility.
Online Sales Support
You will provide real time support to online sales teams across chat, email, and social media channels. You will address complex customer inquiries regarding vehicle technology, comparisons, and performance. Improving product communication scripts for digital channels completes this duty.
SEO and Content Contribution
You will write high quality product reviews, comparison articles, and automotive content aligned with search trends. You will collaborate with the digital team to integrate keywords and technical specifications into website content. Monitoring content performance and updating based on search engine algorithm changes is essential.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
You will conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor positioning in Ghana’s automotive market. Producing monthly competitor benchmarking reports is required. You will also identify gaps and opportunities for Zonda Tec’s model lineup.
Unique Selling Points Definition
You will define and refine clear, compelling USPs for each vehicle model. You will translate technical features into customer benefits. For example, you will turn “Apple CarPlay” into “Seamless phone integration for safer driving.” Ensuring that all departments use consistent USP messaging is critical.
Product Launches and Demonstrations
You will plan and execute product presentations, live demonstrations, and launch support activities. You will coordinate with logistics and sales to prepare vehicles for test drive events and media previews. Training event staff on demonstration scripts and hands on feature showcases is your final responsibility.
How Your Performance Will Measure
The company will track your success through several key performance indicators. Improvement in sales team product knowledge scores before and after training will matter. Reduction in product related escalations from online sales is another metric. Increase in organic website traffic from your automotive content counts. The number of competitor reports and USP documents delivered per quarter also matters. Customer engagement metrics in the showroom, including dwell time and interaction rate, will round out your evaluation.
What You Need to Qualify
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years in automotive product training, sales support, or digital content. The automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle technology including ICE, EV, or hybrid systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with CRM and live chat support platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drive demonstrations.
