POSITION: Cashier
Company Overview
Twist & Cut Kids Salon is an enjoyable, secure, and child-friendly salon offering distinctive grooming services for kids. We are looking for a dynamic cashier who can enhance our sales and marketing efforts both in the salon and online.
Main Duties:
- Accept and handle payments (cash, POS, mobile money) and provide receipts.
- Maintain precise daily records of sales and expenses.
- Greet and support parents/customers with questions regarding billing and services.
- Encourage walk-in clients to purchase salon services and packages to boost sales.
- Oversee social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), generate content, compose captions, and engage with messages.
- Help manage Google Ads and various online marketing efforts to draw in new customers.
- Track responses from digital campaigns and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in loyalty initiatives, brochures, and campaigns to enhance customer loyalty.
Required Qualification & Experience
Necessary criteria:
- Graduate with a degree (marketing experience is a plus).
- Experience in cashiering or sales is preferred.
- Should be proficient in social media (creating content, writing captions, scheduling posts).
- A foundational understanding of Google Ads / online advertising is a significant benefit.
- Trustworthy, dependable, personable, and enjoys engaging with kids.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Compensation & Perks:

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm
This position involves working on weekends and holidays, which are our peak times. A break will be given during the week.
