POSITION: Waiter / Waitress
Job Summary
Do you have a passion for excellent service and crafting unforgettable dining moments? We seek enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable people to become part of our team as Waiters/Waitresses.
Waiters help restaurant customers by taking their orders, delivering the meals they requested, and preparing the bills after the table has finished eating. Waiters must inquire if customers are pleased with their meal and offer help if the customer is unhappy.
Duties:
- Greet and accommodate guests with a friendly smile
- Accurately take orders for food and drinks
- Serve food and beverages quickly and expertly.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and issues with politeness.
- Receive food and drink requests from clients and submit these orders to the kitchen.
- Suggest menu items and notify guests of any promotions.
- Serve meals and drinks to tables once they are ready
- Ensure that customers are content with their meal.
- Create the invoice for tables upon request.
- Count the cash and verify that the right sum has been settled.
- Implement modifications to tables as necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Polished look and optimistic demeanor
- Capacity to perform effectively under stress
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
