Job Title: Farm Workers

The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers on our oil palm plantation. This is an entry-level, hands-on role vital to our daily agricultural operations. Successful candidates will form part of a large, value-driven team managed by motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

As a Farm Worker, you will perform essential tasks to maintain and harvest our oil palm plantation. Your daily duties will include:

First, you will carry out core field activities such as weeding, pruning, harvesting, and collecting Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB).
You will assist in various planting operations, nursery work, and general farm maintenance to ensure crop health.
A key responsibility involves handling farm tools and equipment with care, using them correctly and safely.
Furthermore, you will follow instructions from farm supervisors diligently to achieve daily work targets efficiently.
You will also maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in the field and around work sites.
Additionally, you will promptly report any challenges, equipment damage, or unusual farm conditions to your supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for reliable individuals who meet the following criteria:

Previous experience working on a farm or in an agricultural setting is a strong advantage.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended hours under various weather conditions.
The capacity to follow instructions accurately and work productively with minimal direct supervision.
Good teamwork and basic communication skills.
A strong commitment to safety, personal discipline, and meeting daily expectations.
Willingness to relocate and reside full-time in Asuom, Eastern Region, is mandatory.
