POSITION: Real Estate Sales Agent
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Real Estate Sales Agent will focus on generating leads, engaging with clients, leading property tours, negotiating agreements, and finalizing sales. The agent will participate in drafting contracts, listing properties, and delivering outstanding customer service during the buying or selling experience.
Duties
- Creating potential clients to purchase, sell, and lease a property.
- Advising clients on market trends, pricing, and loan options.
- Establishing a market price by assessing comparable properties.
- Generating lists of properties on the market, including details like location, characteristics, square footage, and more.
- Displaying properties to interested buyers and renters.
- Submitting offers to sellers for purchase.
- Assisting in discussions between purchasers and vendors.
- Examining purchase agreements to confirm that conditions are fulfilled.
- Advertising properties through listings, promotions, and open houses.
- Drafting loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental contracts, deeds, and additional documents for every real estate transaction.
- Keeping your real estate license updated and your knowledge current.
Requirements
- Property Sales and Selling Abilities
- Client Support and Property Expertise
- Robust communication and negotiation abilities
- Capacity to function autonomously and collaborate within a team setting
- Having 1–2 years of previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related area is beneficial.
Compensation: 2000 in addition to sales commission
