Job Summary
- DURATION: PERMANENT – FULL TIME

Duties
- Tasked with preparing meals for Management and Senior Executives.
- Tasked with managing the tidiness of the lodging.
- Consistently uphold appropriate par levels and guarantee sufficient replenishment on a weekly or monthly schedule.
- Make sure the kitchen designated for your tasks remains clean to industry standards, and that all cooking tools are consistently clean and properly maintained.
- Maintain a high quality of food service at all times.
- Develop a weekly/monthly meal plan for HQ personnel.
- Capability to converse, compose, and convey messages in English proficiently.
- Skill in preparing and baking both local and international dishes.
- Your workdays will be from Monday to Friday, which also includes Public Holidays.
- The hours you work will be based on the requirements tied to your duties.
Necessary Skills or Experience
- At least an HND in Catering or a culinary school certification, along with more than 5 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience overseeing a small to medium kitchen in the hospitality sector or a corporate setting.
- Skill in preparing and cooking pastries and appetizers: both regional and international.
- Capability to lead, grow, and mentor a team and enhance & instruct individuals.
