POSITION: Business Development Representative
Job Summary
Our client operates a talent marketplace that links startups and expanding companies with top-notch remote software developers.
Their AI-powered platform streamlines the hiring process by connecting companies with developers skilled in various technologies, such as cloud computing, data engineering, AI, and software development.
This effective method enables companies to rapidly expand their engineering teams with exceptional talent while reducing the time and resources allocated to hiring.
Requirements for Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of demonstrated success in high-volume B2B sales, continually surpassing targets.
- Over a year of experience working with HubSpot, emphasizing sales features like contact records, sequences, templates, and tasks.
- Over a year of experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting research and engagement.
- Proven skill in making over 50 cold calls each day to US prospects, turning them into significant discussions with key decision-makers.
- Effective communication abilities, with a background in engaging with C-suite leaders.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, coupled with precise CRM documentation methods.
- Willingness to work 40 hours weekly (9 hours each day, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM EST).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in producing and dispatching prospecting videos, including LinkedIn video direct messages.
- Experience in advanced social selling techniques to transform cold outreach into inviting opportunities.
- A robust LinkedIn profile with a portfolio highlighting effective relationship-building strategies.
- Additional Areas We Will Evaluate:
- Familiarity with extensive cold calling, managing objections, and adhering to structured scripts to qualify prospects and connect with decision-makers.
- Experience in handling numerous open opportunities within an organized sales pipeline.
- Robust interpersonal skills, such as persuasion, flexibility, and the capacity to adjust sales strategies according to input.
Responsibilities:
- Make over 50 outbound cold calls each day to connect with decision-makers and create qualified leads.
- Create and sustain a strong LinkedIn profile by utilizing thoughtful comments, networking, InMail, and direct messages.
- Oversee a pipeline of more than 150 opportunities each week, guiding prospects through the sales journey.
- Regularly schedule 3-5 suitable appointments each week by means of systematic prospecting and outreach.
- Create innovative, professional avenues to engage with difficult-to-reach prospects.
- Implement organized outreach strategies, ensuring regular follow-up to boost conversions.
- Ensure flawless data cleanliness in contact records, tasks, and sequence steps within HubSpot.
- Consistently enhance selling methods by seeking feedback and cooperating with experienced team members
