The Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra is a modern 5 Star hotel in Ghana with 260 rooms and a commercial center, set in an urban oasis within the City Center Business District.
We are currently seeking a Passionate, results-oriented Professional to fill the following positions:
- You will be responsible for safeguarding the public, protecting property, and ensuring the security of data within the hotel and its environs.
- You are also responsible for monitoring banks of screens, reporting incidents as evidence, and sharing information with your supervisors in your line of duty to endure the safety of guests, employees, and the property.

- As the Marketing Officer, you will assist with investigations of relevant online marketing channels which are widely frequented by users and are more effective in terms of exposure and make contact with channels and source media kits.
- Assist in producing collaterals, marketing, and advertising products, regulating their distribution, and operating within the Mövenpick hotels brand standards.
- Assist in updating social media with hotel description, features, pictures etc. as well as assist in updating news, promotions, and any other hotel relevant information on social media sites.

- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees, and property premises.
- Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations.
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd control.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
