Key Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketer, you will manage the complete digital marketing lifecycle. Your core duties will include:

First, you will plan, lead, and manage integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms.
You will build and maintain our marketing database, executing targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage our audience.
A primary focus will be on analyzing target audiences to devise creative digital campaigns that effectively inform, engage, and motivate action.
Furthermore, you will optimize landing pages and user conversion funnels to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
You will also monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key website analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure brand consistency and align digital activities with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of formal education and practical expertise:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
A professional certificate in Digital Marketing Fundamentals is a strong advantage.
At least one to two years of progressive, hands-on experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
High creativity with demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and craft compelling digital content.
Practical experience or knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user conversion pathways.
Solid proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
An up-to-date understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and measurement best practices.
Candidates must reside in or near Community 25, Dawhenya, or Tema. Applications from individuals in these areas are highly encouraged.
