The Immigration Program Manager will oversee Adobe’s Americas Immigration Program, serving as the organization’s subject-matter expert on immigration matters across the region. Job Duties

  • Build and implement Adobe’s Americas immigration program in alignment with the company’s Global Mobility strategy.
  • Monitor immigration law and regulatory changes while ensuring ongoing compliance across the organization.
  • Coordinate immigration compliance activities, including PERM programs and internal audits.
  • Manage relationships with external immigration law firms and vendor partners to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of immigration specialists while providing guidance on immigration strategy and visa processes.
  • Develop and deliver immigration training and educational resources for managers and employees.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of employment-based visa cases across multiple immigration categories.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and proactively monitor work authorization expiration dates.
  • Oversee immigration vendor performance, budgeting, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compensation, and Finance teams to support workforce mobility initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of corporate immigration experience.
  • At least 3 years managing an in-house immigration program within a technology company employing over 5,000 global employees.
  • Extensive expertise in U.S. employment-based immigration categories including H-1B (cap and cap-exempt), L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, Adjustment of Status, and Employment Authorization Documents.
  • Experience managing Canadian immigration programs including LMIA, CUSMA TN, Global Talent Stream, and ICT.
  • Familiarity with work authorization processes across Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Chile.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration compliance regulations and employment authorization requirements.
  • Experience managing external immigration counsel and high-volume case portfolios.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, workforce restructuring, Workday or similar HRIS platforms, system integrations, and paralegal certification or Juris Doctor qualification are preferred.
