POSITION: Architect
Job Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Architect to be part of our team. The chosen applicant will be tasked with crafting, organizing, and supervising construction projects from inception to conclusion. The position demands expertise in CAD software along with the skill to create 3D models and visualizations that enhance designs.
Duties
- Create architectural plans, illustrations, and specifications for residential, commercial, or industrial developments.
- Create 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for design showcases and project implementation.
- Work with clients to grasp their needs and convert them into creative, practical designs.
- Verify that designs adhere to construction regulations, safety guidelines, and legal obligations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
- Show design ideas using sketches, diagrams, and 3D renderings.
- Examine construction activities to confirm they comply with sanctioned designs.
- Keep current with sector developments, eco-friendly methods, and contemporary design innovations.
- Carrying out research and creating reports on practicality and ecological effects.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regional zoning laws.
- Establishing and following budgets and schedules.
- Overseeing project teams and working alongside other construction experts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in architecture or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience as an Architect is advantageous.
- Outstanding abilities in technical drawing.
- Effective communication and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and others.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards.
- Powerful creativity and visualization abilities.
