- Visit the Government of Ghana Payslip website
- You will be asked to click on the “CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE” button indicated beneath the introductory remark on the website.
- Click on the ” Register for E-payslip” button on your right bottom
- Afterward, you will be asked to provide the following details
- Your employee number
- Confirm employee number
- Create your password
- Confirm password
- Registration code
- Your email
- Your mobile number
- Enter code shown
Then, you click “NEXT” to confirm your registration.
ALREADY EXISTING USER
- Visit the Government of Ghana Payslip website
- You will be asked to click on the “CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE” button indicated beneath the introductory remark on the website.
- Type in your Employee number
- Enter your password
- Enter captcha code and login
HOW TO CHECK AND PRINT MONTHLY PAYMENT SLIPS
- To print your monthly payslip, you must log in to your e-payslip account.
- Then, select “My Payslip”
- Choose the month and year
- Click on Generate.
- Scroll down and click on Print or Save
PRINT PAYSLIP SUMMARY
- Log in to your e-payslip account
- Select “My Payslip”
- Choose the month you want to download. For instance, March 202
- Click on it to open and print or save it in PDF with your preferred name
