Hiuuce Group is looking to fill these positions:
POSITION: Videographer
Duties and Responsibilities
A few common duties involve:
- Record and modify premium video material
- Produce promotional and documentary-type videos
- Oversee video gear and studio configurations
- Work together with the media and marketing teams
- Collaborating with a Creative Director or a team to produce the film or video content.
- Determining the kind of gear to utilize
- Tidying up and taking apart equipment
- Establishing and disassembling cameras, sound recorders, lighting equipment, microphones, and props.
- Adjusting and servicing apparatus
- Performing minor fixes on faulty devices
- Producing background footage or “B” rolls alongside live broadcasts
- Diagnose issues with the machinery.
- Conducting interviews and producing a video segment by editing unprocessed material.
- Collaborating in the studio with a production team to edit a movie.
- Adding closed captions, graphics, or other text displayed on the screen to a video.
- Finally, incorporating visual effects and computer-generated imagery into a video.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in cameras, lighting equipment, and editing programs
- Excellent narrative and editing abilities
- Collection of previous video project
- Hand coordination, bodily movement, and a level of physical strength/endurance.
- Courage to capture images in hazardous circumstances
- Imagination and meticulousness
- Capable of performing under deadline stress
- Entity to handle their time effectively
- Skill to seize film clips and edit them into a unified narrative.
- Adaptability and strong listening abilities
- Sufficient patience to await the ideal capture.
- Vitality and resolve
- Technical expertise to operate, configure, set up, and repair video, audio, lighting, or other production devices.
- Must be familiar with digital tape editing software and gear.
- Comprehension of post-production methods
- Can operate across diverse digital platforms, using software to edit and complete film projects.
- Dedication—they must be entirely focused on capturing the image.
