PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
MAIN PURPOSE (ROLE)
- To operate and maintain heavy earth moving machineries used in production
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA’S (RESPONSIBILITIES)
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Ability to perform land clearing and leveling, loose earth shifting, overburden cutting etc. using motor grader.
- Ability to check different parts, oil, lubricants and carry out greasing, nut-bolt tightening, etc.
- Ability to detect faults.
- Ability to maintain log books

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a valid DVLA License Class “E”
- Minimum BECE/MSLC Educational qualification
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Ability to operate other HMEs will be an added advantage
