Job Summary
In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable manner for the entire business unit. You will coordinate healthy stock levels that meet the needs of end customers and workshops across various dealers. Additionally, you will serve as the distributor counterpart towards Scania Parts and Logistics, setting demands and driving performance.

Your responsibilities span strategy, operations, customer relations, and team management. Here is a detailed look at your daily tasks:
Manage Parts Strategy and Business
- You will develop, implement, and follow up on the parts strategy plan for the business unit. Ensuring high turnover remains a constant priority.
- Continually identifying opportunities and ways to increase sales will drive growth and profitability.
Resolve Customer Issues
- Aggregating customer issues and collating the most common concerns allows you to create effective response strategies.
- Ensuring stock availability and timely delivery to customers builds trust and loyalty.
Manage Parts Operations
- You will run day to day operational and organizational steering. Planning operations and communicating clearly keeps the parts business running smoothly.
- Working to develop and improve parts operations remains central to your role. Focus areas include creating profit and controlling costs.
Ensure Operational Compliance
- Identifying instances of noncompliance with organizational policies and procedures protects the business. You will report these issues and escalate them as appropriate.
Build Customer Relationships
- Developing and implementing a customer contact plan communicates product launches and engages customers in relevant sales campaigns.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints ensures swift resolution. You will refer complex issues to others while ensuring the customer receives an appropriate response.
Foster Internal Relationships
- Building effective working relationships within the internal client organization delivers high quality professional services. You will provide guidance to senior colleagues when needed.
Develop Personal Capability
- Participating in assessment and development planning activities grows your capabilities. Formal and informal training and coaching help you fulfill your potential.
