Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Technical Skills and Experience

Educational Foundation: You hold a Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years working in IT. You have seen systems in production and you understand what it takes to keep them running.
Application Support: You have solid application support experience. You know how to troubleshoot complex issues.
Problem Solving: You possess strong problem solving abilities. When something breaks, you find the root cause and fix it.
