POSITION: Client Sales Executive
Company Overview
Pink Panda is looking for energetic, eloquent, and goal-oriented Client Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team.
This isn’t your typical “sales assistant” position. You will be the face of our customer experience—interacting with clients via phone and in person, helping them navigate our services, and collaborating closely with our events and production teams to create memorable Pink Panda experiences.
You’ll assist customers in organizing events, suggest the ideal combination of products, and engage in meaningful follow-ups—all while generating revenue and earning commission based on your performance.
Main Duties
- Interact with walk-in, telephone, and online customers to comprehend their requirements and offer customized product solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to organize and implement orders for events, celebrations, and corporate gifts.
- Pursue leads, promote additional services, and assist in achieving monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate internally with the kitchen, marketing, and delivery teams to guarantee smooth implementation.
- Sustain a database of client connections and assist with retention plans.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales, customer service, or client-facing position (experience in hospitality or events is advantageous)
- Outstanding communication, self-assurance, and organizational abilities.
- A sales method that emphasizes consultation and possesses strong emotional intelligence.
- Motivated, proactive, and driven by targets.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools for monitoring, follow-up, and sales reporting.
