POSITION: Junior Sales & Social Media Representative
Position Overview
- We are looking for a multitasking, beauty-enthusiast Sales & Social Media Representative to boost sales, connect with customers, and produce captivating content.
- You will represent our brand, fostering connections and converting followers into dedicated customers.
Main Duties
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Reply to questions through social media direct messages, comments, and messaging applications (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers in choosing products, finalize transactions, and suggest additional items for upselling or cross-selling when suitable.
- Address order problems and guarantee customer contentment
Order Management
- Precisely log and monitor orders utilizing our software
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping departments to guarantee prompt delivery.
Content Creation
- Design attention-grabbing social media content (posts, stories, reels) highlighting products, promotions, and beauty advice.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure content is in sync with campaigns and trends.
- Involve followers with interactive material (polls, Q&As, user-created content)
Market Insights
- Keep up with beauty trends and competitor movements to propose new strategies.
- Communicate customer insights to enhance products/services
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Over 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or social media (preferably in the beauty/fashion sector)
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
- Skillful in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Fundamental skills in content creation (photo and video editing, graphic design).
- Arranged with keen focus on specifics
- Motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about beauty trends
- Proficient in computer use
