Job Title: Sales & Onboarding Executive

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our growth-focused team. This hybrid role merges frontline sales with meticulous client integration. You will actively acquire new driver-partners, guide them through our platform, and ensure their seamless transition into the Moove ecosystem. Success demands strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills to drive acquisition while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction from day one.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the end-to-end journey of new driver-partners. Your core duties will include:
Sales & Driver Acquisition:
- First, you will engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively present Moove’s innovative solutions and benefits.
- You will build and manage a robust driver acquisition funnel across various channels to meet daily sign-up targets.
- Furthermore, you will manage driver referral and incentive programs to stimulate sustainable growth.
Onboarding & Support:
- You will lead the complete onboarding process, delivering 100% in-person support to ensure a smooth and positive start for every new driver.
- A key responsibility involves accurately registering new drivers and verifying all information for compliance with Moove standards.
- You will also educate drivers on all necessary tools, policies, and procedures for success on the platform.
- Additionally, you will resolve driver-related issues promptly and work to build harmonious relationships within the driver community.
- You will collaborate with driver agencies to ensure they meet the agreed-upon company KPIs.
Operations & Reporting:
- Finally, you will ensure all onboarded drivers are correctly transferred to the Moove Fleet management system.
- You will assist in building dashboards and reports to track acquisition performance and conversion metrics.
What You Will Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in operations, logistics, marketplace management, or a similar role within the mobility, tech, or gig economy sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A strong customer-service orientation and basic administrative proficiency.
- The ability to work both independently in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively within a team.
Key Performance Metrics
Your success will be measured against clear targets, including:
- Daily driver sign-ups with security deposits.
- A high conversion rate from lead generation to confirmed deposit.
- Achieving first-trip and first-month trip targets for onboarded drivers.
- Effective knowledge transfer to driver-partners is reflected in their initial performance.
Who You’ll Work With: You will report directly to the City Fleet Manager and work closely with the broader Operations Team.
