POSITION: Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
- Handle a substantial volume of incoming calls
- Create Sales Lead
- Recognize and evaluate client requirements to attain contentment.
- Foster enduring relationships and trust with customer accounts by engaging in transparent and interactive communication
- Maintain logs of customer communications, manage customer accounts, and organize documents
- Address customer grievances, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to confirm resolutions.
- Deliver precise, reliable, and thorough information through appropriate methods/tools.
- Achieve personal/team sales objectives and meet call management goals.
- Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and regulations.
- Go above and beyond to connect with customers
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or in a role as a Client Service Representative
- History of surpassing targets
- Proficient in managing phone communications and attentive listening skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and methodologies
- Focus on customers and capacity to adjust/ react to various personality types.
- Outstanding ability in communication and presentation
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time well
