POSITIONS: Sales & Distribution Coordinator
Position Overview
A Sales and Distribution Coordinator is required to collaborate with Management and farm employees to deliver eggs and other farm products to current and prospective clients. This chosen individual will communicate with the farm employees and Management every day.
Sales and Business Growth
- Perform market analysis to discover new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Reach out to potential and current customers through phone calls or face-to-face meetings to showcase product features and highlight the advantages of the company’s eggs.
- Establish and nurture strong, positive connections with clients to encourage repeat transactions and enduring loyalty.
- Discuss pricing, conditions, and agreements to finalize sales and achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Generate social media content to enhance the visibility of the farm’s products to prospective customers.
Client Sales and Support
- Process customer orders precisely and promptly, coordinating with poultry farmers to ensure timely and secure delivery to all clients.
- Establish a strong customer base and nurture positive relationships with clients.
- Address customer questions and handle complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Reach out to clients to confirm their satisfaction and resolve any problems that might occur.
- Convey customer insights on products and market trends to the management and production teams.
Documenting
- Compile and present a daily report on the activities for each day.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management that are pertinent.
Essential Skills or Experience
Skills
- Outstanding marketing and sales abilities are essential (the role is performance-oriented).
- Effective communication abilities
- Problem-solving abilities
- Should excel in social media.
- Required to have a Driver’s License
