POSITION: Web Designer
Our Story
Ejom Studios is a comprehensive digital and creative agency assisting businesses globally with web development, branding, content creation, and digital marketing. We operate primarily as a remote team, yet we gather in person twice a month to collaborate, align, and develop together.
We are seeking a skilled Web Designer (WordPress + Elementor) to join our team and assist in creating captivating, responsive websites that realize our clients’ ideas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and manage websites utilizing WordPress + Elementor.
- Design adaptable, intuitive layouts tailored for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Adjust themes and templates to match client branding.
- Work alongside the creative and marketing teams to create unified designs.
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage websites for performance and enhancement.
- Stay informed about design trends, WordPress updates, and Elementor functionalities.
Qualifications
- High expertise in WordPress + Elementor (mandatory).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, fundamental PHP, and principles of responsive design.
- Familiarity with design applications like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Solid portfolio highlighting past WordPress/Elementor projects.
- Outstanding focus on details and time organization.
- Must reside in Accra, Ghana (for bi-monthly face-to-face meetings).
