POSITION: B2B Account Specialist
About the position
In the role of Account Specialist, you will maintain relationships with our Bolt Business clients, guaranteeing their continuous success and satisfaction. You will oversee a portfolio of SME/SMB accounts, recognize growth potential, and work with various teams to deliver customized solutions. This position has a significant impact, requiring communication, strategic thought, and execution to work together effectively.
Primary duties and obligations:
- Oversee a portfolio of current Bolt Business clients to guarantee their retention and satisfaction.
- Answer client inquiries through email, phone, and various other platforms promptly.
- Develop account strategies focused on increasing volume and value, incorporating upselling of new features.
- Working alongside the Sales team to secure and onboard new clients while overseeing current ones.
- Collaborate with global teams to tackle local client requirements and challenges.
- Recognize and execute scalable strategies to promote portfolio expansion through automation and multichannel communication.
What we anticipate about you:
- You possess over 1 year of experience in sales positions or account management.
- You are outstanding in communication, both oral and written, and feel assured engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- You possess excellent relationship management abilities and are very efficient in handling tasks and prioritizing.

- You possess expertise in account planning and recognizing upsell possibilities according to client requirements.
- You feel at ease collaborating with global, diverse teams and excel in a dynamic setting.
