POSITION: Business Transformation Senior
The Opportunity
In Consulting, our Business Transformation group collaborates with top executives on their most urgent issues to produce measurable outcomes. We seek skilled, innovative people who add diligence, enthusiasm, and realism to our expanding team.
As part of our Business Transformation team, you will assist clients in addressing intricate organization-wide challenges by developing strategic initiatives, restructuring organizations, transforming operations and processes, and enhancing business performance. You will collaborate with our clients to address their most difficult challenges and provide thoughtful recommendations that are firmly based, innovative in their choices, tailored to each client, and feasible for market implementation. You will assist in developing insights and strategies related to competitor intelligence and industry trends, ensuring our clients stay proactive and adaptable. Furthermore, you will be adept at collaborating with clients to guarantee they possess complete ownership of both analysis and implementation.
Main Duties
Client obligations
- Assist clients in transforming their business processes.
- Assist in the management and oversight of the client’s extensive and intricate projects and programs by establishing multi-year Project Management Offices (PMO) or Transformation Management Offices (TMO).
- Assist clients with driving organizational planning and transformation efforts (benefits management, program stakeholder engagement, and program governance).
- Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with clients while consistently striving to grasp their sectors, critical performance indicators, business priorities, and trends.
- Assist clients by leveraging expertise and experience to oversee extensive planning, implementation, and management activities that align with their strategic goals and objectives, or segments of large/complex projects and programs such as transformational initiatives and major infrastructure projects.
- Guarantee the delivery of high-quality service to clients by thoroughly reviewing documents and results, conducting suitable research, validating information, and utilizing tools and resources to refine outputs.
- Oversee project work streams by utilizing a tested EY framework and methodology rooted in international standards.
- Track progress, handle risks, and make certain that important stakeholders are updated on advancements and anticipated results.
- Establish connections with every client to identify and cultivate new growth prospects throughout EY Service Lines.
- Engage in business development by networking and creating materials to promote solutions for current and potential clients.

- Assist project teams to guarantee the best and most effective use of time and resources.
- Participate in providing performance evaluations and initiatives related to personnel.

To be eligible for the position, you need to possess the following:
Education and Academic Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Business Management from a recognized institution.
- A graduate degree from a respected university will be advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include certification in business process management and/or project management.
Technical Proficiencies and Background
- Experience in consulting is greatly valued.
- A minimum of 4 years of pertinent professional experience.
- Analytical and conceptual reasoning combined with innovative ability. Capability to manage intricate and unclear project situations and needs; and offer organization and discipline in tackling complicated issues.
- Robust project management abilities
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Keen focus on specifics with a systematic and reasoned methodology.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to collaborate efficiently within a group
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and writing in English.
- Intense motivation to succeed in a career
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: business process enhancement, transformation projects, revenue enhancement and cost-saving measures, innovation projects, customer and market analysis.
- Experience in two or more of the following areas: financial services, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods and retail, government, and public sector.
