The Subsea Operations Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and operation of Enpro equipment, providing immediate technical expertise and guidance on all aspects of equipment specification, operation and installation throughout the following range of Enpro energy speciality product line:
- FIS Flow Intervention System
- FAM Flow Access Module, including target Tee Decom equipment
Experienced in the Installation of subsea equipment in water depths upto 3,000m and working pressures of 15,000psi, demonstrable track history in vessel/rig based liquid intervention operations, competent in the operation and fault finding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
The SOS is a team. leader and shall set his teams safety and operational objectives, seek operational efficiencies and is responsible for instilling first class safety culture throughout all phases of onshore and offshore work.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent. Strong belief that “Safety is Good Business”, has a strong emphasis on creating, maintaining and sustaining high levels of personal and process safety, embedding a culture of care and operating discipline.
- 15-20 years experience across all life of field’ phases in operated and joint venture assets.
- Relevant recent subsea / deep-water experience of project design and execution. (Greenfield and Brownfield).
- Demonstrable technical lead responsibility including for significant $10 million+ work programme.
- Project management experience.
- Cost control & management. Vendor contractor management
