Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will focus on finding and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing CoreNett’s presence in the fintech sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, sales, and negotiation abilities.
The perfect candidate will possess a thorough understanding of fintech trends, payment technologies, and customer requirements in the financial industry. They will work with internal teams to create customized solutions that strengthen CoreNett’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy: Create and execute business development strategies to boost CoreNett’s market share and revenue.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and connect with potential clients, foster strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partnership Development: Form strategic alliances with banks, financial institutions, and technology providers to improve CoreNett’s services.
- Market Research & Analysis: Perform market research to discover new opportunities, evaluate competition, and offer insights for product development.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize high-value deals that promote business growth.
- Product & Solution Advocacy: Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs for business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field (Master’s degree is preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the fintech, banking, or payment technology sectors.
- Experience in banking and fintech is essential.
- Strong knowledge of digital payments, financial technology solutions, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
