POSITION: Sales Representatives and Supervisors

Key Responsibilities and Role Impact
You will be at the forefront of our market expansion, directly influencing brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s range of organic products within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Consistently achieve and surpass set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular, accurate sales activity and performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must meet specific criteria to ensure success in this field based role.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Possess at least one year of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a related sector.
- Must currently reside within the Achimota, Weija, Kasoa, or immediate surrounding areas to ensure territorial familiarity and logistical efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting sales objectives.
- Have basic sales reporting and record-keeping skills for accurate performance tracking.
Location: These positions are field-based within the Achimota and Weija Kasoa environs of Accra.
