POSITION: Sales Representatives and Supervisors

Key Responsibilities and Role Impact

You will be at the forefront of our market expansion, directly influencing brand awareness and revenue growth.

Proactively promote and sell the company’s range of organic products within your assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Consistently achieve and surpass set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular, accurate sales activity and performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet specific criteria to ensure success in this field based role.
Hold a minimum educational qualification of a Diploma in any relevant field.
Possess at least one year of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a related sector.
Must currently reside within the Achimota, Weija, Kasoa, or immediate surrounding areas to ensure territorial familiarity and logistical efficiency.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and exceptional customer service skills.
Exhibit the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting sales objectives.
Have basic sales reporting and record-keeping skills for accurate performance tracking.

Location: These positions are field-based within the Achimota and Weija Kasoa environs of Accra.
